Different sizes may be available with readymade blinds, but the measurements would most likely be limited, although your blinds (and curtains) can be modified to match any window regardless of the size or shape if you want to measure. When you buy blinds from Telford, whether you select blinds or curtains (or both), they will be customized to your home and designed for an exact window. For uncomfortable shaped windows, we are also offering shaped blinds.
What is more, you can get the style and look you prefer with made-to-measure. There are often restricted fabric patterns and colours available with ready-made off the shelf options, while we offer a wide range of choices to ensure that you can find something that fits perfectly in your home.
A real difference can be made with the right fittings and fixtures. If it comes to curtains, you preferably need curtain poles, pelmets and tie-backs to be coordinated. With ready-made choices, this isn’t always feasible. We’re going to supply yours to match your curtains exactly to measure.
Crucially, you have to do all the measuring and fitting with ready-made choices. Being a fraction off with the measurements can lead to blinds or curtains that do not match correctly and look a bit like a dog’s dinner honestly! In most spaces, roller blinds work well and are suitable for kitchens and bathrooms if they are resistant to moisture. Motorized blinds are also a common option for bi-fold doors, as the timer feature not only makes them easy, but also offers additional safety benefits.
For awkward-shaped windows and conservatory roofs, pleated blinds are suitable. If a large window is obscured, many blinds could be better than just one big one.
